Mudhaher Establishment was founded in 1974 by Mr. Jaffer Habib Salman Al-Lawati. The first workshop was established in Barka to provide machining, casting and light fabrication services. In 1982 the second branch of the company was opened in Muscat. The branch specialized in machining, metal casting, welding, and heat treatment. The company then went into building vehicle mounted tankers and other types of general metal fabrications.
