Valdel LLC is an associate company of India's well known Oil & gas engineering consultant and project management company Valdel E&C, based in Bangalore, India. Earlier Valdel is known as John Brown (India) Pvt. Ltd., was established in 1991 to meet the growing demand for high quality integrated engineering services in India. Later during 1996, the company was acquired by M/s Kvaerner Process (India) Ltd. In 1999, the MSR Group is a well known diversified business conglomerate - acquired Kvaerner's stake in the company and Kvaerner Process India became a wholly owned subsidiary of the MSR Group. The company was renamed as John Brown Technologies (I) Pvt Ltd. In 2003 - John Brown Technologies India was re-named as Valdel Engineers and Constructors Pvt Ltd, a group company of Valdel Corporation.
